Dancing between worlds, Moncaya weaves the freshness of organic electronic and the intimacy of singer-songwriter folk into a unique new sound. Moncaya’s breakaway first single “Stardust” has over a million streams, and since the project’s inception in 2020 she has been touring throughout Latin America and Europe, continuously reinventing herself, her music, and her ever-expanding range of creative expression.

Moncaya’s debut LP, ATRAVIESA, coming in the fall of 2024, speaks of the process of traversing difficult times with illumination and resilience, connecting the listener to the strength within to overcome any hardship. Featuring all star international artists such as Pahua (Mexico) and produced by Marco Moreno (Natalia Lafourcade, Julieta Venegas), ATRAVIESA showcases Moncaya's powerful range from intimate and subtle notes to large and expansive electro-pop.
